polite staff superior service unsafe socket disturbing noise
The staff was very courteous. The dining room was fine and the service by the hotel staff was superior. It created a romantic atmosphere. My time at this hotel reminded me of a dream.
The bed turned out to be two singles pushed together. One of the plug sockets was unsafe. I reported the noise on day one, and concierge said they would check it. They said they checked it but could not hear anything. It made me uneasy.

i found this location very central. the rooftop terrace was a Delight with its vibrant atmosphere perfect for evening drinks. breakfast each morning was a TREAT, though I wished for slightly better coffee. all members of staff I interacted with were pleasant.
i was woken up around 7am by a repetitive knocking noise coming from inside the wall behind the bed. i reported this each morning for four days before a room change was offered, and that was my LAST night. there were also water stains, limescale stains around the shower tiles. a bathroom plug socket was also loose.

i'M STILL dREAMING ABOUT THAT STAY!
huge attentiveness comfortable room luxurious bedding
the staff showed HUGE attentiveness to all my needs. the rooms are indeed large, very comfortable. they have luxurious bedding. i even got assistance with my bags from eloi. dining staff during breakfast were gracious.
the check-in felt REALLY long, i was waiting on the terrace for more than one hour. there was no assistance, so i took care of it myself. one of the two guest elevators was out of order, PLUS there were no signs indicating this.

the surrounding area includes many points of interest within WALKING distance. i found lots of restaurants only steps away from the hotel. it's super easy to access various parts of the area on foot, made exploring simple.

The rooms were clean and spacious. the interior displayed real beauty. the staff are always friendly and helpful. This makes a real difference. i also appreciated how close the hotel is to many attractions.
one of the elevators was out of service. there wasn't a sign posted about it. this led to some confusion.

the staff helped me with my luggage. they also quickly fixed a fuse when i blew it using the iron. i was even able to buy a bottle of the hotel's custom room spray.

The breakfast was amazing. It seemed the best in town. i particularly enjoyed the scones during afternoon tea. the staff even made scones for me the next morning, though they are usually only for the tea.
